I stayed at this apartment complex for 2 years and I never had a problem with them. The staff were always friendly. I had a few maintenance issues during my stay, but they were taken care of either that day or the following morning. Any info a tenant needed to know was communicated via phone call or sometimes they would attach a bulletin to a clip by the door. Each person I met was friendly, caring, and gave me the attention I needed whenever there was a problem. I really appreciated that. They do good work there, y'all. This is definitely one of the good ones 👍

My husband and I have been living here for about 2 months. I can not express this enough, Claudia and Alba both have been extremely helpful through the whole process of moving in. They are very respectful, always smiling and extremely knowledgeable. The maintenance team is always on top of residents needs within the complex. We needed some work done at our place and within 24 hours of putting in the maintenance order they came and knocked and were in and out within the hour. Our pups love the outdoor park and love playing and jumping around the obstacles. The dog wash is very helpful to have, they provide shampoo and conditioner when you run out of your own. The amenities are awesome, we have never had a washer and dryer in our unit before, it makes it so much easier for us to do laundry. We love our place and are very comfortable. It is always clean and it is quiet. I highly recommend the Westward Heights Apartments for your next home!

I've lived at Hunters Cove for almost two years now, and in that time, my experience has been very positive. The staff and management is very personable and professional, and the few times I've had to submit work orders, they were addresses very quickly, and the issues resolved effectively. It's generally pretty quiet here, except for the occasional sound of playing children. The community is pretty friendly as well - although I generally keep to myself, every interaction I've had with my neighbors has been pleasant. The fitness room is rather small, but the equipment is well maintained and never crowded. The grounds are also well maintained, and there are is a network of paths in the spacious central courtyard, that's great for an evening walk. I would definitely recommend Hunters Cove to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, low-key apartment community.

I’ve been living here for about 6 months and I love it. My apartment was renovated shortly before I moved in and I got all new appliances, cabinets and carpet. The staff is extremely nice and anything I’ve ever needed fixed in my apartment was immediately fixed. It feels like a safe place to live and the neighbors are very friendly. It’s worth the amount rent for sure.

We love it here. The price is right, it's very well located near important highways, yet it's quiet and tucked away. Brittany and Connie, (up front) have always been of great help. I'm not sure how the previous management was, but they've changed and they're doing an amazing job. We had a cooling issue with our AC unit and it was all fixed within hours with their online request system. Maintaince keeps this place impeccable and idk about other units but ours is kept in great conditions. Very active community, people walking around, kids playing, cute dogs; it's a happy place! Love it.

We lived here for 10 months and it was mostly good. We loved the indoor hot tub. Connie was super sweet. They had Santa come for the kids last December. My only real issue is that the heat went out 3 times in January when we had a newborn all within the same week. They have us space heaters but we had to stay elsewhere because it didn't cool the apartment down enough to keep our baby warm. The apartment appliances and style are outdated.
